As the COO, Alex is responsible to support the strategic planning and oversee the execution of the SLI vision and business goals for each of our companies by leading, managing, and holding the team accountable. Through working closely with the executive leadership team, Alex oversees the design of the organization's operating system, continuously developing, implementing and improving upon the processes, procedures and standards that help each of the SLI business units excel. Alex constantly explores new systems and techniques to enhance company culture, efficiencies and accuracies that drive progress within the organization.
